The MahaDBT 1.0 portal is currently active for acceptance of fresh applications for the Academic Year 2025-26.
The re-apply provision has also been enabled for students whose applications were marked as 'Sent Back' for AY 2023-24, AY 2024-25 and AY 2025-26.
Such students are requested to re-submit their respective applications through the MahaDBT 1.0 Portal..
Fresh and renewal applications for the Academic Year 2026-27 will be accepted only through the MahaDBT 2.0 Portal. Portal: (https://mahadbt2.maharashtra.gov.in/)
The option to revert "Right to Give Up" applications is now available under the Institute (Principal) login.
To Reactivate the 'Right To Give Applications', applicants are required to contact their respective institutes,
providing their application ID. The last date for reverting "Right to Give Up" applications is 30th June 2025.

the performance and stabilize the underlying

and citizen/VLE services of various departments
of the Government of Maharashtra that are
developed and maintained by MahaIT and hosted
at the State Data Center.
During this process, the above mentioned websites,
portals, applications, and citizen/VLE services
will remain temporarily unavailable. This work
is of critical importance and is being taken
up on a priority basis.

We will endeavor to complete the work by
Monday, October 19, 2026.
Impact
All relevant websites, portals, applications,
and citizen/VLE services will be completely
unavailable during this maintenance period.
In view of the above activity, all urgent
online applications, submissions, and pending
transactions may please be completed before
4:00 PM on Friday,
October 16, 2026.
Services will resume once the technical
processes and system verification are
completed on October 20, 2026.

Guidelines On “'Right to Give Up'”
A provision allowing applicants who have chosen the 'Right to Give Up' option on the MahaDBT portal to re-opt for this option, is available in the Institute's 'Principal' login.
The concerned applicants should contact the concerned Institute for re-selection regarding the 'Right to Give Up' option.
The provision to allow re-selection in respect of applications for which the 'Right to Give Up' option has been selected, will be available in the Institute's Principal Login till 30th June 2025.
